Joseph A. Rogoff is a shareholder and founder of Real Estate Law Group, PC. Mr. Rogoff has over twenty-five years of experience in complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of real estate projects. He also has extensive experience with joint venture arrangements.
Prior to forming RELG, Mr. Rogoff practiced with large law firms (having begun his real estate practice with the Newport Beach office of O'Melveny & Myers) and real estate boutique firms specializing in the representation of developers, investors and landowners. He received his Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree (Business Administration) from California State University – Northridge.
